Theres been a funny thing happening over the last 6 months — opportunities that arise that really push me out of my comfort zone. Yes, weddings may be my sweet spot, but when Leah & Danielle of Equestrian Culture Magazine approached me about executing a styled fashion shoot for their new Fall issue, I knew we had something good brewing here. That little tinge of nervousness going into a shoot like this has been pure gold. Just enough of “gosh, I hope this goes well,” to create work I’m really proud of.

And I will say, nothing quite trumps the feeling of seeing your work in print. And I’m so excited that this is my first cover! You’ll have to pick up an issue to see which images they used in an amazing 7-page feature.
